Philippe Knab is a candidate for Portland City Council in District 3 (Southeast Portland).

Knab is an attorney and program manager for the Washington State Office of Civil Legal Aid. His experience includes representing low-income tenants, working as a trial attorney, and holding leadership roles within the New York City Human Rights Commission and the Washington State Office of Civil Legal Aid.

Knab’s policy priorities include increasing shelter capacity and revising zoning laws to facilitate more affordable housing and promote infrastructure resilience. He advocates for comprehensive criminal justice reforms and enhancing emergency services to shorten response times.
