Noah Ernst is a candidate for Portland City Council in District 1 (East Portland).
Ernst serves as Superintendent and In-House Counsel for Radio Cab, a Portland taxi business. A former taxi driver and small business owner, he previously acted as the spokesperson for the Transportation Fairness Alliance, a lobbying group representing multiple taxi companies during Uber’s entry into the transportation market.
