Atkinson is an inventor who according to his own candidate filings created the hydro ring, an anti-drowning micro device. His campaign’s plan to reduce homelessness includes creating 24/7 shelters, creating employment opportunities for the unhoused, providing transportation vouchers, and ensuring access to water.
